How the platform works


If you do not have an account yet, you can create one by registering for the platform.

  1. From the menu, at the top, click on Register.
  2. Fill in the required fields. Your data will be processed in compliance with current regulations (see our Privacy Policy . Note: All fields with an asterisk are required.
  3. You will also be able to check the box to receive your credentials via e-mail.
  4. Click on the Register button.

Access to training

This platform was created with funding from the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia for the purpose of delivering distance learning for operators, volunteers, health and parasanitary personnel involved in the reception of unaccompanied foreign minors.

The training we offer within the platform is free of charge.

With your account you will be able to access the platform within which you can enroll in the courses offered.

Available courses

Within the Available Courses section (top menu) you will find all the courses you can enroll in and take live or asynchronously. Signing up is very simple:

  • From the menu, at the top, click on Available Courses.
  • Click on the course you are interested in.
  • Click on Sign up for the course.

Courses you take

Within the Courses You Take section (top menu) you will find all the courses you have enrolled in. When training is also delivered live, by clicking on this section and on the course you enrolled in on the day of the live event, a button will appear-on that day only-that will allow you to view within the same environment the streaming video.

Your account

This is the section of the platform within which you find all your data. From here you will be able to:

  • Change some personal information.
  • Read messages that will be sent to you by the system or teaching staff.
  • Download certificates ( find out how )
  • Delete your account.

Consultation of educational resources

By subscribing to our platform you acquire the right to access the courses listed therein free of charge. We will provide you with educational materials, videos or third-party content. Please note, however, that you are not authorized to make such material available to others.

Frequently asked questions

I lost my password, how do I do it?

If you have lost your password, you can easily recover it.

  1. From the menu, at the top, click on Sign In.
  2. Press the Recover Password button.
  3. Enter your user name or email in the field provided.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to generate a new password.

How do I access the live stream of a course I enrolled in?

  1. After logging in, from the top menu, click on Courses You Take, then, enter the course you are taking.
  2. Within the Live streaming section, you will see the event directly.

Remember: when the lesson is complete, click the button in the upper right corner Complete Lesson.

I need the certificate, from whom can I apply for it?

The certificate will be available on the platform and will be issued if you have attended at least 75% of the course. To download:

  1. After logging in, from the top menu, click on Your Account.
  2. Within the section. Completed courses and certificate downloads , click on the course for which you wish to download the certificate. Note: If the course does not appear within this section, make sure you have successfully completed all classes and any proposed activities.
  3. Click on Download Certificate.

I want to delete my account, how do I do that?

  1. After logging in, from the top menu, click on Your Account.
  2. Open the Delete Account and Personal Data section, located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Read the warnings and follow the instructions provided on the screen.

How is my data handled?

Your information is handled in accordance with current regulations. Access the page with our Privacy Policy to read every detail.
